A committed community advocate with a Bachelor of Arts from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur Mir’s. She promotes girls’ education, women’s empowerment, and environmental sustainability through grassroots initiatives and indigenous tree plantation campaigns in Sindh.
A development professional with over 14 years of experience in governance, humanitarian response, and development programs. He holds an M.Sc. in Gender Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University and has worked with organizations including AKAH, Transparency International Pakistan, LRF, and CPDI.
A humanitarian and development practitioner with more than 12 years of experience. He holds an MBA from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur and specializes in project management, MHPSS, disability rehabilitation, and livelihood initiatives.
A development practitioner with over 15 years of experience in social mobilization, project coordination, and community development. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and has worked with RDF, SPO, MRDO, SAFWCO, and REPID.
Holds an M.Sc. in Defence and Strategic Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. His interests include public policy, international affairs, and human rights, and he contributes to research, youth engagement, and policy discussions.
Has over 14 years of experience in the development sector and holds Master’s degrees in Sociology and Education from Shah Abdul Latif University. She has worked with IRC, Mercy Corps, RDF, and UNICEF-supported initiatives in training, gender programming, and community development.
Holds a BBA (Hons) in Finance from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur. He has experience in logistics, quality control, ERP systems, and administrative operations, contributing to efficient management and organizational support.

Sohail Ahmed is a trained anthropologist with an M.Phil. and MSc in Anthropology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, specializing in medical anthropology and community-based research. His work focuses on public health, community development, and qualitative research. He has served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Life Changing Foundation, Research Coordinator at Integrated Research Solutions Global, and Research Assistant at Quaid-i-Azam University, contributing to field research, community engagement, and socio-health studies that support improved development outcomes.
Dr. Karam Ali is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated from Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro, and completed his house job at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi. With two years of professional experience, he provides patient-centered physiotherapy. He treats neurological conditions including cerebral palsy and stroke, along with musculoskeletal disorders of the spine and joints. His clinical work also covers disc problems, back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, rheumatoid arthritis, and polio rehabilitation to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore independence.
Dr. Sanober Fatima is a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Riphah International University, Islamabad. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Pain Management and a Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy. She has worked at multiple rehabilitation and therapy centers. These include CMT Mirpurkhas, Multan Physio and Rehabilitation Center, and Intellectual School and Therapy Center Khairpur Mirs. She is currently working with DEPD and is also a member of Shifa Medical Centre Khairpur Mirs, contributing to rehabilitation and communication therapy services.
Quratulain Baloch holds a BSc in Psychology and Social Sciences and has experience in behavioral therapy, psychological assessments, and counseling services. She provides career and relationship counseling and has worked at CJ Hospital Hyderabad and with Helping Mind. She also worked with Helping Hand organizations, previously served at DEPD Al-Asr Rehabilitation Center, and is currently working with DEPD. She is also a member of IYC and remains committed to supporting individuals through professional psychological care.
